I saw this reference to SCO on GrokLaw: http://www.ubersoft.net/comic/hd/2010/04/real-legal-argument-revealed Please note that while the Jury voted that Novell owns the Unix copyrights, SCO has petitioned the court to ignore the jury's decision and turn the copyrights over to SCO. SCO is now in the mode of going to court until they get their way. While there are a couple of other open issues that Judge Stewart needs to rule on, this is the one that can affect Linux. -- -- Jerry Feldman <gaf.linux-Re5JQEeQqe8AvxtiuMwx3w at public.gmane.org> Boston Linux and Unix PGP key id: 537C5846 Key fingerprint: 3D1B 8377 A3C0 A5F2 ECBB ?CA3B 4607 4319 537C 5846 ~
