suggestions on finding experienced sysadmins?

Thanks everyone for the feedback.  The feedback has helped me tweak the 
job description so that it may be more appealing, or at least more 
informative, to potential candidates.  I have relaxed some of the 
requirements for the position as I feel that it will help us find the 
best candidate.
