True, one of the choices should have been "Not applicable." I picked one
of the middle choices and then put something like, "I had no
interactions with Microsoft or the Microsoft Evangelism Team," in the
text box.

I think there was only one other page to the form, which was just a
place to fill in your contact information if you wanted a chance to win
some MS software.

If Microsoft wants to run a survey to find out that we don't pay a whole
lot of attention to them, I'm fine with that.
