Outlook sync with Google Calendar

I don't use Windows Mobile on my phone. I used to have a Palm, then a
blackberry, both I'd sync on outlook at work. The Google Sync I used a
few years ago with my Blackberry and with Outlook was a lot different
than Google Apps Sync. The problem I had with it is that I would get
many duplicated calendar entries.
