GnuPG / PGP key question

There are a number of philosophies on this. Since everyone who signed up
had their keys on a public keyserver, there is no technical issue. In
the past, some people have stated that it is a courtesy thing that you
do not sign the key on the keyserver, but send the signed key back to the=
m.

I have no objection if you sign my key and upload it to the server. I
also do a periodic refresh keys.
