I'd be happy to find a (general, not code) search engine that was a
little more respectful of my punctuation. I hate the way Google filters
out pretty much all punctuation, even when the word is in quotes.
Showing me the results for "perl" is not helpful when I want "<perl>".

DuckDuckGo has this same behavior.
