dim-dim dead, or living through salesforce

Reading through old posts about online meetings, decided to give
dim-dim a try.  Before I could set up my first meeting, I got this
email:

Dimdim has been acquired by salesforce.com. Your free Dimdim account
will remain active until March 15, 2011. After that date, you will no
longer be able to access your free Dimdim account.

I think dimdim is local, but the outsourced their product managers to
India.  Got a call the next day, quite irritating.  Hope they got well
paid in the sale to salesforce.
