Not reformed in the sense of turning over a new leaf.  Reformed in the sense of disbanded formed again.  I copy directly from the company's web site: "UnXis, Inc., a new company formed by Stephen Norris Capital Partners and MerchantBridge Group created to acquire all the operating assets and intellectual property rights of The SCO Group, Inc."  The "intellectual property rights" are currently in appeals.
