I should qualify the above:  If you are looking for free/cheap.

If you have a budget of a few grand, you should look at regroup.  (Before
looking at jive, rightnow, etc, which are $20k +)

Companies can certainly spend upwards of $20k on sharepoint, jive, rightnow,
and lots of other intranet-type of enterprise products.
