[Discuss] lvm snapshot cloning

I went looking around for a utility to "clone" a snapshot. To my surprise,
there does not seem to be any such utility. With the research I've done,
it seems pretty trivial to implement. So, I'm surprised that there is no
utility.

So, correct me if I'm wrong, is there a utility to create a an active 1:1
copy of a snapshot in LVM2?
