The issue is that (as I understand it) DreamWeaver changes pointers when
moving files from the home PC to the production site and vice-versa.
So, the intermediate site solution would work, but remember we're
talking about a guy who is not tech savy. I've explained to him why we
use SSH the way we do, and we are not about to make it easier to BLU to
get hacked.

As I mentioned, a Putty solution would work, but it would require an ftp
server on BLU, set up for localhost only. But, I'm not sure if this will
compromise security or not.

The current version of DreamWeaver does support SSH but is costly.
