Over the years I've bought a dozen or more drives from NewEgg and never
had a problem. I HAVE had the experience of a mostly-empty box with a
single sheet of bubble wrap and the drive sliding around, but somehow
that drive was still not DoA. I don't think I've ever had other drive
issues, and most recently my drive purchases came through fairly well
packed. So I guess YMMV.
