The boot line in the 64-bit Ubuntu 13.04 kernel is:

BOOT_IMAGE=/casper/vmlinuz.efi file=/cdrom/preseed/ubuntu.seed boot=casper quiet splash --

In 32-bit it's basically the same ("quiet splash").
