[Discuss] Who sells the least expensive SSL certs right now?

Similarly, Dreamhost is a reseller for Comodo and has 1-year basic certs
for $9 or $10.

Dreamhost automates the cert installation onto a site you have hosted
with them. I don't recall if they are set up to let you just buy a cert
through them to use elsewhere. So if you aren't already using Dreamhost
for something, it might be simpler to buy through Namecheap.

If I recall correctly, the price for the Comodo certs bought through
Dreamhost was a fair bit less than the retail price directly from
Comodo. Either resellers are happy to accept smaller margins, or Comodo
intentionally prices high to cause resellers to take on the burden of
supporting end-users.
