[Discuss] apache -- same old



1. Especially in a multi-user environment, setting home directory to
0700 is the proper thing to do. You do not want other users looking into
your home directory
2. If you use RSA keys your home directory also needs to be 0700
But, in your case, where you essentially have a single user machine your
solution is workable.
