[Discuss] Cloud-backup solutions for Linux?

You are misrepresenting one aspect of his backup plan, the off-site 
storage aspect, as the entirety of his backup plan.

NB: I'm making the assumption that since Bill uses SuperDuper he is 
running Macintosh and using Time Machine for routine backups.

I haven't dismissed it because it doesn't fit "my" needs or definition. 
I dismissed it because there are too many ways for it to fail as a 
backup plan.
