Thanks; we can use all the help we can get, to manage the large
anticipated turnout for this meeting. Our volunteer planning meeting
is scheduled for next Wednesday at Pioneer Global, at 7 PM.

That hadn't occurred to me. What did you have in mind? I've focused 
mainly on the local student newspapers and various mailing lists;
we're looking to get some coverage of the event in the Boston Globe, too.
