If you use Linux on the Internet, you have the good fortune of being able
to connect to the world's greatest communication & information exchange
with one of the best Operating Systems around.  But, how secure is your
connection?  

Join us this month to learn how to erect a firewall to make your firm's
connection more secure from the efforts of computer crackers.  This month,
Robert Luoma will show you how to set up a "firewall" gateway, using a
single computer equipped with firewall and security software as your
Internet connection for your network.

Linux is a UNIX-like operating system built around POSIX standards.  From
its inception less than five years ago, it was developed over the
Internet by a group of people who (for the most part) have never seen
each other, and now runs on an (estimated) 1,000,000 computer systems. 
The operating system (and the source code for it) is free to anyone who
wants it.  This is probably the largest development project ever
accomplished using the Internet.
