Seriously, we just didn't get around to completing that before
the BCS dissolved. The Resource Center is no longer avaialable
for the webmaster volunteers to meet and continue working on stuff
like that.

Unfortunately, my skills with Photoshop are nowhere near the
caliber that Sara was at.
