 Very much do able, infact its the solutions they offer to schools
to provide free internet access.

 You need a linux box w/ ip masq compiled into the kernel,
a dhcp binary, sets your ip and machine name for when it 
changes.

 If you have other computers its against your license er
term of agreement to use multiply computers but HEY 
we all do it, why not do it yourself.
