10011101

[Chuck Young]

Mike,

I went around trying to figure out if 10011101 was an Intel x86 
instruction, like reset, but could not turn anything up.

What does it mean?  I'm curious.  A signed or unsigned integer seems
rather drab, unless i don't know how it's used...
