ISP's

While I would agree with Eric. I had a gratis account at Galaxy before I went 
with Mediaone. Bob Carp, the owner of Galaxy lives about 3 blocks from me. 
One of the problems in chosing an ISP is that even some of the national ISPs 
don't have POPs in the areas where people move to. One solution is to 
chose an ISP for a permanent email address, and a second ISP if the primary 
does not have a POP were you move. You can still send and receive email on 
that address.
