How to set up multi-boot system?k

Yes, Windows overwrites the boot block installing its own loader.  System
Commander has a way to restore itself to the boot block, thus restoring the
multiboot ability.  I don''t know if Lilo has a similar way to restore the boot
block.
System Commander is a way out, but not free.
