Good anti-virus programs for Linux [discuss-digest V1 #60]

Hey all:

Something to think about in reference to Linux/UNIX virus scanners is the
thought that you have to protect more than simply your UNIX boxen. Do you
serve filesystems to your department Wintel or Mac desktops? Do you
provide email for a large group of people?

So, wih that in mind, I'd like to ask how the UNIX virus scanners deal
with a virus intended for a different platform. Do they take NVIR-B out
of your netatalk volume? Do they filter Melissa out of your email
messages (and not the cheap sendmail hack, either...)? And how much of a
performance hit does that cause?
