I know Joe Boykin's background well enough to find it
not creditable that he would advocate NT as an OS superior
to Unix; yes, he knows Unix well.  Probably, he's in a 
bind where NT is necessarily supported at Mercury and it's
an administrative nightmare to make it coexist with other
OSes on the network.
