OK, here's another try at a generic schedule guideline:

6:30-6:50   General Q&A
6:50-7:10   Howto Clinic
7:10-7:15   Welcome and Announcements
7:15-8:30   Main presentation, Q&A
8:30-9:00   Door prize drawing, post-meeting chat
9:00        Shut down, pack up, and head for the Brewery
