I am going out of town in a few minutes to return on Wednesday. (so...).
I will bring a Debian 2.1 Intel CD and the IDE CD Drive. You can make the
floppies. I think the 2.0 and 2.1 floppies are the same. 

Also, I did not answer Richard's question regarding Debian 2.0. Debian has
its own release numbering scheme, which does not entirely coordinated with
the Linux kernel. I don't remember which kernel comes with 2.1, but it is
not a 2.1 kernel.
