using celeron in dual PII configuration?

Alrighty,

I'm looking for anyone with experience running 2 celerons instead of
dual PII's on a DK440LX motherboard...

I have found docs on the web suggesting that it should work with the
early celerons that have no cache.

I realize this is a bit off topic, but I haven't seen any conversations
on this list talking about multiprocessors and/or overclocking...

Anyone have comments?
