Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) for Linux

[Jerry Feldman {75562}]

Since Massimo Morin's discussion on DDD last week, I have received a few
questions on IDEs. Of course, there is KDevelop (http://www.kdevelop.org/),
which Massimo showed at the meeting, but I just read in SlashDot that SGI is
releasing Jessie, their cross platform IDE.
