Use the utilities on the DOS driver disk (you can download this from
3Com's site).

Or, try these out:

ftp://cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov/pub/linux/setup

3c5x9setup.c is a setup/diagnostic program which may not have as many
features as the DOS util that 3com ships. Works for me though.
