Well, the effect of their fix is to break sendmail completely until you
upgrade your kernel, a complicated process. Their tech support people must
be hating life right now.

The offer at the end is a bit cheesy, but the information is sound. The
sales pitch is missing from the PGP-signed version on BUGTRAQ and
sendmail.org.
