XF86Config and laptop docking stations

If you figure it out, let me know.  Best I could do was to set both
monitor frequency settings to 60MHz...  I think it works then, but I don't
remember....

There's also a deal where if you open the laptop display while in the
docking station, and then close it, the thing might work....  It's a
hosed process I don't understand!
