Plea for help: The detriment of using Microsoft products

As far as I can tell, the "lead assessor" is the person _within_ the
organization who is responsible for evaluating the organization's CMM
capability. This is like signing your own CPR card.

A CPR card must be signed for a certified instructor, which in my
experience is usually a registered nurse or paramedic. The purpose of a
CPR card is to protect the _holder_ from liability.
