What is the cheapest way of connecting 15 cpu's to one monitor?

The BLU server was at Verio before we moved it to USDatacenters.
Verio had a few 8 port KVMs daisy chained.

For a Beowulf cluster, in general the only time you need a keyboard and
monitor is when the system is booted. Virtually all system configs can
be done through telnet (or SSH) sessions. I discussed this with our
testdrive system admins. Our beowulf cluster uses the Compaq Alpha,
which can boot without keyboard and monitor.
