Linux Textbook?

Did you check out the Linux Network Administrators Guide??  It's available
online at www.linuxdoc.org (under guides).  In addition, Samba, the
only topic you mentioned not covered in LNAG, is amply covered in
O'reilly's free online book Using Samba.  You can find a link to it at the
Oreilly site (under online books) or at the samba site under books.  Both
are O'reilly books and can be purchased at bookstores like Quantum Books
and Microcenter.
