Nope. PHP is faster when you use Zope. PHP is fast without it. I don't
mean to start a war, it's just the article you quoted was pretty, well,
wrong. About a lot of things. Really wrong.

Coldfusion is an application server, PHP is a scripting language. I found
PHP to be quite easy to learn. If you're not a developer, perhaps
Coldfusion would be easier. But if you're not a developer... why are you
developing? ;)
