make for NT?

MKS, Cygwin b20 and Cygwin 1.1 can all be used on the same NT system
effectively. Right now I'm using b20 to build gdb on NT and we use MKS for
the clearcase build environment. As long as your careful in setting paths when
you start the various shells.
