Thanks for the info - it helps.  

We can't get DSL at our location - we're too far out.

The T1 line isn't just for our Internet connection, though.  They plan
to put our 12 phone lines on half of it.  The deal Net2000 is offering on
long distance rates alone means a savings of over $600/month.  We make a lot
of international calls.
