Learn as Linux Administrator

Hi all,
I want to learn details as Linux Administrator.
I don't know which book I need to take a loo, there are a lot of linux administrator book.
I have read Linux 7.1 bible and RedHat Linux System Administration (which cover 6.0).
They seem not very deep and clear explain.
Can anyone help ??
