guerrilla.net?

A month or so back, someone mentioned  guerrilla.net,  which  sounded
really  interesting.   I  just  checked, and while DNS still knows of
them, there's no response from the web server that was there  before.
Anyone know what's up with them?

"subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" on the first line of the
message body to discuss-request at blu.org (Subject line is ignored).
