It will depend both on the version of Lilo that will be used and how
recent your BIOS is, and I don't remember which combination of both is
advisable.  If you make a 10MB /boot partition at the front of the drive
after swap space you should be fine (though I would suggest dropping to
a prompt and running fdisk, I've had issues with RH's partition tools in
the past).
