Not sure what this means. If you're saying that the economics of just 
the energy savings from monitor use alone justify the purchase and thus 
you don't need to bother with the other stuff (heating, cooling, etc), 
you don't know that until you look at the other stuff.

It could be that it brings your break even closer by say a year. It 
could be negligible (well, at least now you know).
