One additional choice is Win4Lin. 
One of the nice things about Win4Lin is that Windows runs under Linux and 
resides in your home directory.
VMWare does allow you to have multiple Windows and Linux systems. Win4Lin 
does not. (I have not checked out theior Version 3 yet).
