I had a similar crappy experience with another provider out in central
MAss near Springfield.  My brother-in-law spent days/weeks/months playing
phone tag, and then one day I took over.  Tech guy was over the next day,
replaced the modem, problem solved.

David, have them replace the modem first ... if you're leasing that is.

Also, demand some money back for failed service.  They DO REFUND money
for no service.
