[Discuss] BLU discuss list problems

I noticed that the Mailman software on the BLU.org server was broken; I had
to reinstall it and reload the discuss list from the old list files on
the old server. This means if you've made any changes to you subscription,
or unsubscribed, since we switched over, those changes have been rolled 
back.
I apologize for any problems this causes.

Anyone who subscribed since the switchover was lost as well, but then those
folks won't be seeing this message.
