   NTP uses port 123.  IIRC, it uses UDP for the actual time sync stuff, 
and TCP for control/diag tools such as ntptrace and ntpdc.  I usually 
allow both, but if you're paranoid you can probably get away with just 
UDP.  Be prepared for some of the utilities not to work, though.
