If persuasion and exhortation are the same as compulsion, we may
really need to stamp out this free-speech stuff.  People might
use it to exhort someone to do something, and we all know how
coercive that is.  Oh, wait; you mean...?  Never mind.

I'm glad this thread is labelled "(rant)".
