   I am not saying that they are "actually doing it" I just say that they
   may one day. and that I do like the GNU idea and the GPL license.

I also like both of those.  However, to say that "they may one day
violate the GPL" and that therefore you won't use Red Hat isn't being
fair.  Anyone may violate the GPL one day, including a non-corporate
entity.
