OpenBSD does not use wu-ftpd. Good thing, as WU-FTPd has been plagued with
security holes.

probably the best way to secure your openbsd ftp server is run it in a
"chroot jail".  I don't have the documentation on doing this in front of
me but you can do a web search and find out I am sure.
