FYI: UnitedLinux "certified binaries" will not to be freely available

Maybe it's just me, but I get the impression Ransom sees GPL compliance
as a "necessary evil" for using GPL'ed software, rather than a positive
component of the development model. That suggests to me that he really
doesn't understand how our community works, and reinforces my concerns
about the whole UnitedLinux effort.
